1, 2006. The company has in excess of $89,000,000.00 in Original
Oil in Place ( OOIP ) which represents all the liquid hydrocarbons
contained in the reservoir. The Company's strategy will be
to increase both the companys' and its financial partners'
reserves and cash flow through drilling, production, development,
exploration and exploitation of its existing properties. The
Company will continue to conduct its drilling, production,
acquisition, development and exploration activities in areas
in which it is experienced and knowledgeable in the particular
geological basins and use that experience and knowledge to
create strategic alliances with qualified drillers and operators.
